Inside Sales Business Development Representative
We are currently looking to expand our Gauteng team with the addition of an experienced Inside Sales Business Development Representative who will be responsible for new business prospecting, cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting. This is an internal sales development role, with the primary aim of providing qualified customer appointments to our team members.
We are looking for professional, motivated individuals with a proven track record & requisite experience within B2B new business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, time management, strong organisational capabilities and excellent telephonic engagement skills will be key to your success in this role.
Operations Manager
As a result of our continued growth, we have an immediate requirement to bring on the services of an experienced customer centric operations professional to manage the daily output of the contact centre project facilitation team.
Through the effective use of resources, the operations manager will have responsibility for meeting our customer service targets as well as planning areas of continued improvement and development.
The ideal candidate should be highly focused on process management, people development and service data analysis and measurement, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an outbound contact centre or operations management environment and have the ability to drive a team to a collective and continued service delivery standard.
Key Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced business professional with a strong sales and relationship development track record, responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
This role will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer service, customer satisfaction and communication, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders within each environment.
As an extension of our organisational delivery, the ideal candidate should be have the requisite skill set and be positioned to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on the foundation of sound service delivery as well as ensure revenue retention and growth within key clients
