We are looking for an experienced business professional with a strong sales and relationship development track record, responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
This role will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer service, customer satisfaction and communication, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders within each environment.
As an extension of our organisational delivery, the ideal candidate should be have the requisite skill set and be positioned to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on the foundation of sound service delivery as well as ensure revenue retention and growth within key clients
